Carolyn M. Bowman

Executive Assistant and Receptionist

Carolyn greets guests as they arrive in our office.  She is the mastermind that schedules and organizes appointments. Many questions are answered with, “That ‘s already done.”  Her knowledge and skills lend support to smooth daily operations.

There’s just no other way to say it, “Carolyn loves cats!”  Her heart is open to love and rescue.  Her felines are lucky members of a pampering family.  She and her husband also go all out decorating their yard for Halloween.  Yes, it takes weeks!!

Carolyn has a long career in customer service and office administration with major companies, such as Lucent Technologies for 23 years, Graybar Electric and United Healthcare.  Her 10 years at The Elderlaw Firm are more evidence of her commitment to quality customer service.  She is very good at what she does!

Carolyn Bowman

Carolyn Bowman is a legal assistant and the receptionist at the Elderlaw Firm. Most likely you’ll be introduced to Carolyn through her friendly voice greeting you on the phone, or when she welcomes you when you come to our office. Carolyn worked in customer service and office administration before coming to The Elderlaw Firm, including 23 years with Lucent Technologies. Carolyn knows that some people have never called a law office before, or were turned off by the experience, and she wants our clients to know that we appreciate the opportunity to serve them. In this day of automated voice mail, Carolyn gives a personal touch to our client relationships. She absolutely enjoys talking with our clients and being able to help with their problems.

Carolyn’s fun and caring personality shines through in her work, and clients frequently tell us how Carolyn helped to make them feel right at home when they first called or came by our office. Carolyn and her husband Stuart have lived in the Greensboro area their entire lives. In their spare time, they enjoy do-it-yourself home projects, landscaping and spending time with their seven cats, all of which were rescued.
